Hold on New Business Cheque Account

I have been banking with FNB for MANY years and recently opened a business cheque account without any hassle. Early in January 2016 I opened another cheque account for the same business, but they have placed a hold on this new account. Funds have been paid into this account, that I now cannot access to run my business. I went into Clearwater Mall branch and sat there for an hour with the consultant to try and fix this. After the consultant has done everything he can, he said that he does not understand why there is a hold on this account, because all documents were received and there is nothing he can do for me?! <br> <br> Perhaps it is time to move to a different bank?
