Hold on My savings account

I called the FNB Risk department yesterday as adviced on the secure chat since the bank was not allowing me to transfer funds from my savings account( the bank your change account). I spoke a consultant and she promised to send me a link to fill so the hold can be lifted and I have received nothing so far and I need to use the money in that account.
