Hold on my fund after termination my account

Hi fnb have terminated my bank account for ***** after I have provided sold proof of payment my problem is and they still hold my fund after terminated my bank account and I have provided them sold evidence it’s been a month they not sending the fund to my other bank I have provided them my other bank confirmation latter fnb have worst service they already terminated me and still hold my fund unnecessary after I have gave them evidence
