Hold on my business account for two weeks!!!

My account has been frozen for two weeks now. I sent all the documentation required for FICA purposes and answered the relevant questionnaire and yet the hold on my account remains. I have sent countless emails and nobody is getting back to me. The only person who is trying to help is a lady called Shamila but everyone else has simply ignored my requests/emails/phone calls. I need the money in that account to run my business. Two weeks is more than enough time to get everything sorted on their side. This is beyond ridiculous and the service is totally disgusting.
