Hold on my business account

It's been four months since my account has been closed for no apparent reason.My debit orders are bouncing every month but your bank fees never bounce,what am I paying for if i am not transacting .I have went to the bank twice but i am not getting help.The account number in question is *** and my passport number is GN359268.
