Hold on my account

My account is on hold from 7 month coz my sister in law send me r10000 for my pocket money she told me her fnb account got terminated I went so many time to bank no help fnb tel me every time I must ask my sister in law to go to bank ask bank to remove hold on my account she went to bank bank told they will remove hold on my account she also send me that email fnb hold they will remove hold my my account nothing happen yet
