Hold on Legitimate funds without justification
I am writing to formally escalate my requests regarding a matter that originates from December 2024. I have followed the correct procedures, lodged complaints, made several follow ups, raised my concerns, I demand transparency, actual communication, reasons for delays, an immediate review and solution within a reasonable timeframe. I lodged two recent complaints on 12 February and 6 March 2025, both received no reference numbers and no communication in the stipulated time. I expect a proper response within 24 hours, and confirmation of the return of my funds, hold up without a valid reason, there is no legal right to retain it. I see this as non-compliance and feel it is customer mistreatment.
