Hold on for a hang up

I've been trying to get hold of anyone at fnb home loans to discuss my account.

Loaded r30 airtime n was on hold for 25 mins. Agent answered the call n put me on hold for another 15 minutes and now my break is over and I don't have more airtime to call again.

Pathetic service.

Honestly, how long does it take an agent to check how much my installment is and when is the fixed term ending
