Hold on Card

I have opened three accounts with FNB a month ago. Everything worked fine but on Friday 15/3/2019 I received a SMS telling me that the card is put on hold pending FICA documentation. I immediately send my latest proof of residence to the email address provided and receive a mail saying that it was received. Over the weekend I could not buy anything due to the hold on my card. On Monday 18/03/2019 I phoned the “Premier Division with the group of bankers waiting to assist me” and was informed that the hold will be lifted, it was not. On Tuesday I phoned and was informed that they cannot find my mail or the documents even though I provided the reference number, it was send to them again. They said the hold will be lifted but now on Wednesday it is not lifted. I have phoned and they said the documents have not been uploaded. This is ridiculous how can they block me from my money for 6 days while I am complying to everything that was required? Kgaogelo from fnbkyc just (20/03/2019) phoned me to inform me that the hold has been lifted.
