Hold on Business Acc

On the 5th of Feb I received a call from FNB for KYC. I confirmed all my details and they said that they will send me documents to complete. The email I received did not have any attachments. However, FNB has now placed a block on my business account. Yet, if they had done what they said they would do, this would not have happened.

After spending 22minutes on hold, I finally got hold of someone who could not even assist me. She could only escalate the issue and someone will call me back.

How pathetic...
