hold on account for money that is alrezdy banked

I have a cheque account with Fnb. I put petrol in my car at Bp Linden pzrk and bought supplies at the confinient store. The garage put the transaction through on notify me zs R608.98. They the banked 2 transaction to the value of R608.98. I am trying to get my OWN money lift from the hold but is send from pillar to post. No one seems to know how to fix it. Ons the telephone They told me to fill in a form and it will take 5 working dzys to lift the hold. REALLY!!! 5 working dzys for something I had No controle over. This is insane...
