Hold On Account For 3Months

05 December 2022 i received payment into my account, i realised next day the account was not working on monday i was told that there was hold on the account and investigating officer will call me, i waited a week no one called me ,i called again to be told Loreal wil assist me with my case,i sended her neccessary documents she went quiet on me.. i called then i was told Malekutu wil assist me,another weeks went by after submitting documents,december passed without me receiving payments due to me since the account was blocked.. come January the case was back to Loreal,two weeks after looking for her i was told she is no Longer working for FNB so Obakeng will assist me, then i was told of a meeting to be held with Management on outcomes then next thing Nkuna called to set up a meeting on what happened i told him am in limpopo,so he was someone who cant come limpopo , sad part is according to bank records the Payee made a payment and letter called the bank to stop the payment as he doesnt remember buying tiles🤣🤣, i spoke with the manager about this issue on email records since he ask Lesego to give me feedback till today..
