Hold on Account

Do I really need to explain, all in nutshell<br> <br> Open an account , closed it same day, cancelled card as well, this was all done online,<br> <br> Transfer cash amount this morning in dormant account, trying to transfer back error 217, called FNB no one seems to know hold to get the hold of the account and make it active so I can get the money transferred into one of my Active account. been put from pillow to post, everyone been transferring me from one side to another.<br> <br> called 6 time r u really that stupid at FNB.<br> <br> I need assistance today before 12 ASAP or this boils over really quite and I involve the ombudsman and if her cannot help ***c note what I wills do
