Hold on a new account
I choose 1 star because I had to choose FNB deserves minus 0 sooooo disappointed I opened an account, told the consultant that I’ll receive my salary on that account now there’s a hold I can’t use my account a day before Christmas

I’m at FNB now Bracken City from 8am the branch has been trying to get hold of *****gwe Morema if you put a hold on a clients account you should at least you have the decency to answer calls or maybe get back to missed calls or maybe reply to emails. If the branch can not get hold of *****gwe Morema who am I?
*****gwe Morema And FNB should have had the decency to call me before placing the hold on my account!!!!!!!!!!!
