Hold my money after terminated my accounts

Hi it’s been 8 time now I have puting reviews on hello Peter fnb have terminated my bank account they helping my payment it’s been 3 month they ask supporting documents I have send them they still delay my money to send to my other bank account every time I put review on hello Peter fnb cal me ones after I do not hear any thing from then when they cal ask me hol store they tel they will come back to me next day but I dnt hear any thing from them so bad fnb service
