Hoam Loan

I app**** for a home loan and got approved. Accepted debit order authorization as well. I then went to the branch to open a business account which was done successfully. Same day FNB decided to withdraw the homeloan approval and credit checks were done on my credit bureau profile without my authority. I would like to know what product was I credit vetted for on the 25/06/2020? On what basis was my home loan declined again?
