Hmmm Speechless

I sent a complaint on HP regarding the decit order from your collection company on an account that's already being settled and the complaint was resolved and I was informed that the debt collector will be advised to stop the debit order. Guess what, I've just received a notification that money was deducted from my account. May I kindly request that the funds be reversed back today as I won't be able to wait for another 48 working hours. My budget is being affected by this and may I kindly receive a settlement letter.
