HIRE COMPETENT CONSULTANTS NOT THESE LAZY, RUDE HUMANS.
I have a loan with fnb, I continued making payments even after I got retrenched. When I claimed for the protection plan I also requested for a reimbur*****t of the payments I made whilst I wasn’t working. At the the time the loan balance was 5k, now this morning I get a call from a rude *********** fnb agent telling me the load is in arears. How is a 5k balance in arrears when the bank was supposed to make R890 12months payments on my behalf?? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE PLEASE!!!! I’m NOT impressed at all! He even got my instalment wrong!! My next step will be the ombudsman. I’m also posting this on my twitter acc!

23 Mar 2023, 13:18Issue hasn’t been resolved. Surely the Ombudsman will handle it on my behalf soon as I receive the recordings that I’ve requested for. I’m tired of speaking to different consultants saying the same thing over and over.
