Highly unhappy with FNB Service

Hello I am really sick and tired of FNB they blocked my account and it is almost 2 months now no one got back to me about when they will be reopening my account they just sent me a sms with a case number of the investigator on my case who has never been in touch with me since and once again I am very frustrated and angry case number is FNB case # ***. Can I please have my account reopen?
