Highly unacceptable actions from FNB Revloving loan dept

So I had a revolving loan of R250,000.00 of which I only used R65,000.00 with a good payment history, settling large balances as funds became available. This morning logging into my bank I saw the revolving loan disappeared with a balance of R0.00 and only the balance owing of R65,000.00

Why do they do this to people? We make plans around the funds available and then they just cancel whatever without warning?

Highly unacceptable actions from FNB. I'll be going to the credit ombud also to lay a complaint.
