HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE TREATMENT OF FnB

I am highly disgusted with the banks treatment. I have been with the bank for almost 30 years and pre covid did not have negative credit ration. my rating was good. Covid caused me to default due to no income. 2023 i started to recover and brought all my debt up to date, I have paid up the overdraft, the loans last year. I have paid up my revolving facility Last month. Fnb has converted my revolving facility to a loan ad did not update this on the credit Bureau. They have sent me a paid up letter but the account number differs with the account number on the credit bureau. the paid up letter has the following account number ***. The account number on the credit bureau is ***. I have been trying to get this resolved with out success. I am not able to secure finance of a vehicle. FnB are punishing me instead of helping me. I am now going to close all my current accounts and taking it to another financial institution.
