Highly dissatisfied - lack of care on client retention

Highly Highly disappointed at the lack of service. If i could give minus stars i would to reflect the level of satisfaction with this bank. As a private client who pays good money over many years you would expect a level of assistance and care to retain a client. I cant say i have received even a smidg of care from this bank. So disappointed i am moving my entire portfolio and not even a care is given to retain. You guys should really do more to offer the service you so highly push and charge for. The bank does nothing to try and help you. Brokers actually do far more than you guys are willing to....what do i pay for then?
