Highly Disgusted in FNB!

I am highly dossapointed in FNB!

As you are aware the whole country is on lockdown, therefore we do not work, no work, no pay!

My boss has tried accompanying me by claiming UIF for his staff, of which I was only paid out R1500. This money is to put towards my house as we need food and electricity and also try pay our rent monies.

However, I see that FNB couldn't care less if the people go without food on their tables, you are only entitled to deduct a maximum of R450 for a Personal loan I had taken out, hence this loan was also to try put food on our tables. Instead you are so selfish and money hungry that you decide to take the full f... ng amount of R1000.

What the hell is wrong with you people?

I am beyond ****ed off and now you have *****ed me over to get food in my house and Kindly note that I have a 10 month old baby aswel who needs formula and nappies!

I have attached the screenshots of what you are SUPPOSE TO TAKE AND WHAT YOU DID TAKE!

This needs to Kindly be rectified TODAY as I want the R1000 back in my account as you have more than enough to take what is agreed upon, R450!

If this is not rectified and reversed back into my account, I will gladly put a complaint on Hello Peter and I will also cancel my FNB account and go to a bank who is actually worthy of going to and who cares about their peoples needs especially in this time of lockdown as we never asked for this pandemic to happen.
