This past Saturday we visited your fnb Goldman branch, we waited patiently in the line until our number was called out, came to the help desk, nobody was there we waited for more than a hour, sitting like idiots each and every person walked past us and made like we were part of the furniture, finally after screaming and make a performance someone comes out and asks us what's wrong, the lady say oh I will see what I can do, she gave us two ladies names and two cell phone numbers to call up until today those doesn't exist, is that how your guys stuff treats customers, all we wanted to do was unfreeze a bank account but didn't get anywhere, we are now trying to make ends meet because since nobody can assist us we are unable to withdraw any money, we don't even have money to get to and from work, January is a difficult month in general but yet your staff doesn't care about other people's way of living they just care about themselves, you guys advertise that use are the best bank but your services are pathetic
