Highly disappointed

I have app**** for the Covid 19 relief as I was retrenched. They approved. Amd then the canceled. How am I suppose to pay my homeloan. I have been with the bank for 20 years. Paid my homeloam and other debt without any problems. Now they leave me in the dark.
