Highly disappointed and mislead with this Aspire account!!

I am highly disappointed in the new Aspire account I feel I have been misled. Firstly I was explained that my monthly transfers will have no charge and to my surprise the charges are quadriple to what I used to pay on a monthly basis with my Easy account. Me using just the easy account I used to pay about R11 in a case where I do a R3000 transfer now I'm being charged R47 and there is a negative - R290 of which I don't know where it comes from. Plus I used to qualify for an instant loan since I started my Easy account the limit was at 13k "R13000" it is now no longer available plus my credit score has depreciate rediculously after this "Aspire" account was activated. Please remove this **** "ASPIRE" ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT?!!!
