Highly disappointed

Hi FNB team ....

I have recently joined FNB an I'm already starting to regret it.

I opened a easy zone account on Sunday an I received a SMS today stating my islamic account has been successfully activated what is a islamic account ,??

When trying to make contact or email them you get the dialing tone an within a few seconds it says u able to make this call ..

How am I suppose to get hold of a consultant when all avenues seems to lead to a dead end .

Email bounces back calls are not reachable as a new customer I'm disappointed in in fnb could I kindly be assisted with this matter as it seems reaching out to FNB is fruitless .
