Highly disappointed...

I was de*****ed by a fnb client in October 2022, you guys seized what ever funds you could find from that account after my bank made contact with you. You keep promising to pay the funds after a certain period but never do. It's three months later and I still have no money and just stressed and in financial distress as I've had to keep taking out loans waiting on this money thats been promises to be refunded. My bank keeps communicating with you and sadly there's nothing they can do but to keep escalating the matter and waiting on you to act. Can I please have my money as I do t know what more to do!
