Highly disappointed

I opened a business account last Friday with FNB call centre was told account will be activated in 3 days on Tuesday they called and asked me to send all relevant documents which l sent same day,yesterday they asked for the same documents when l called today they told me to wait another 3 days!!!! My business is suffering because of their incompetence,l need this resolved today before l lose more customers or else will move to an efficient bank.!!!!
