HIGH SERVICE FEES FOR NO SERVICE

AFTER STANDING FOR OVER 2.5hrs I’m still waiting for my profile to be activated, I can’t transects online and because I changed devises I can’t log in or even use the card!!!! You guys are pathetic and the convenience you promise your clients is nonexistent- and you charges are just something to be checked by the ombudsman.... to date I’m still waiting for someone to look at my interest rate 3months down the line - NEVER GO TO BOULDERS FNB IN MIDRAND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE F*** their doing!!!
