High Priority Complaint Follow up - please call me !!!!

I can't get through to Customer Service to follow up on a High Priority Complaint #***NF. The call was logged by Dr Marc Leeming on 25 May using my cell phone number as a contact because Dr Leeming is a South African Non-resident. I have been on the phone for 1.5 hours already trying to get through on *** an I just get pingponged from Private Clients to Private Wealth and then get cut off.
