High Priority case still going on 18 days later
High Priority case still going on 18 days later Wenzile Masina advise dthe agent would call me for application and once completed they will take it back to their team for them to relook at interest rate due to FNB fault - no call yet so i emailed - now Wenzile Masina is saying the application could not be completed? I AM TIRED OF THE LIES YOU THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GO AWAY AND LET THIS PHASE OUT! NO THIS WAS ADMITTEDLY A FAULT AT FNB AND NOW THEY NEED TO CORRECT YOU HAVE TIL 1PM

How long must this go on now I need the obnitsman I'm disgusted by this service
FNB admitted te problem was their fault and now refusing to correct it thinking making excuses and lagging is Gna make me go away
I WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL I HAVE THE RESOLUTION!!!!!!!
