High interest rate

Fnb has failed to assist me, my husband lost his job and fighting proscess through ccma,we contacted fnb home loans and explained our situation and requested that they stop debiting Acc for 3 months and once his pension funds reflect we will pay ahead.

After payment I have been on the call with no assistance because we have paid R200 000. Bt we wanted a new installment amount after our payment and to adjust the interest rate so that I bring the wife can take over bond.

Our interest rate was fixed but my husband is unemployed and I cannot afford on my own. So please assist with a recalculated interest rate and new installment after we pai our pension fund there.

Again can I have a settlement amount for my loans so I can sqwash to allow debit order for my bond.

No one seems to help me or I don’t know if we must loose the house.

Please adjust the interest rate as it’s fixed because we are battling and don’t know when we will find employment.
