High fees doesn't match the service
I don't find the option for RMB here, but I want to downgrade from RMB to a normal cheque account as its not worth the fees I'm paying. The banker just never responds or returns my calls. Pointless paying the high fees.
At some point I actually called him out and raised my concerns directly via email , basically pleading to him to at least be available when I needed him - which happens very little. He just never bothered to respond.

29 Aug 2023, 07:17It's Tuesday. Apparently a 'high priority ' complaint was logged, at least that's the email I received. Still didnt receive any calls on a very simple query. The only option is to move my banking as I'm simply not getting service I'm paying for.
