High fees and not helpful

Unhappy I opened a FNB Premier Current Account ending in 20822 it was supposed to be R49 a month as I'm over 70 years old already but I was put on account that's over R250 now I have a negative balance of over 700 I can't afford this I'm.only a pensioner I only uesed that account once I do not want this account I Gant afford this high fees please close this account or downgrade it to a easy pay as you ues account I didn't expect the fees to be so high when on app it showed the account would be R49 I'm very unhappy
