High costs to phone banks #BLACK FRIDAY
This applies to most banks!!!
When we need assistance & need to phone a bank most of the time we phone 0800 numbers nd incur exorbitant costs especially from a cell number & made to hold on endlessly. #BLACK FRIDAY Why can't banks have tollfree numbers to phone from both land & cell numbers!!!!
