High complaint for FNB .. I want mt account unfrizzed

I opened a new business account. On the 3rd of April 2026 at Fnb briardene and I always use them.

2 days ago I was called by the business desk informing me I did not sign customer agreement. To my surprise. My account was blocked. I cant do any transactions. There's a block.

Im self employed expecting payments for my employees today. I dnt have access to my account

Whise fault is it. Its a huge inconvenience for me and my company.

I would urgently urge that my account be unfreezes as a matter of urgency

I cannot wait for 3 days for their own mistake.
