High Charges

I have been quiet about this since I opened my account with them,the staff at the Branches don’t explain to you when you open an account that they will be charging R120 for a monthly account fees,this month they charged me R120 for the account and now they just deducted R200 for #ITEM PAID NO FUND,which I don’t even understand where is that coming from.I am requesting for a refund/reverse because my account is now on a minus -R303 which I don’t even know how I’m gonna pay it.FNB must do something about their charges or else they gonna lose their customers because of the insane amount they keep charging people
