High bank fees on my account

I am a old age pensioner with sassa why do my account have a negative balance of over R105 this is a lot of money that I cant lose I've even canceled debit orders with cell c because I pay them cash but they stll try to debit fnb please help I can't afford to lose R105 in my account ending in 836282
