High bank charges on Premium banking

I feel a bit disappointing and sad that i was ********** more then 1700 Rand on top of other bank charges that i will be charged. I had alot of medical bills and was in the minus i still needed to go to work because of my injury on my leg and preferably used the uber the trips are from 21 rand , to 21 to 28 rand for example i get CHARGED 250 for every 21 rand being paid i mean that is day light ******* i called to report the issue and i was told that i would be called back today after 11 i checked in again with the bankers online and i am advised that the call back will take 3-5 working days in order to be downgraded back to gold option that is unacceptable. I would like to close off my bank account and switch to Capitec with all my debit orders
