HIDEOUS FNB experience

<p>Was experiencing bad service from another bank's "private banking" had only heard good things about FNB and just so happened to receive a call from FNB offering their services boasting about all they could offer and how they would do everything for me and switch everything for me so I did the switch - what a mistake, my banking experience has gone from bad to worse! </p> <p>I have been in contact with two very *********** ladies that keep passing the buck, the forms I have submitted have never been captured but the letter from the bank for me to move my salary & the new bank card were very quick to arrive but thats it........................I moved my salary two months ago but none of my debit orders were moved so I am paying exorbitant monthly fees to other bank as I am overdrwawn every month.</p> <p>Last month when it happened I called and was assured it would be resolved, I phoned during the month and resent the forms asking that if any issues I be advised, another month end has happened, still not resolved, no call received and once again debit orders not switched so once again exorbitant bank fees to other bank.</p> <p>Internet banking is another JOKE, I have created my profile and activated it at the bank twice now and am still not able to log on to be able to transfer my money to other bank so I can end this hideous, unprofessional, pathetic experience and go back to the bank i thought gave bad service.</p> <p>I have NEVER experienced such terrible, unprofessional experience - and if this is "Premier" banking what happens to the normal account holders????</p> <p> </p>
