Hidden Fees

I have business account with Fnb and i pay service fee of R200 per month . Yesterday i went to fnb beac branch requestin a letter to confirm my account . They told me it was R13.50 i asked why they charged me and they said its in their policy , i then asked for the manager and the lady called Lungie Ndaba who did not show any intrest in my query . I requested for brochure if they y thy have so that she can show me , suprisingly she told me she is busy and she cant attend to me . I dont know why she was made a supervisor if she cant resolve such a small query.I am not happy with the service received
