Hidden cost - Can't even inform a client!

I am really tired of the feeling that even if you a client it means nothing. I am a first time home owner (well almost) I am a software engineer and basically know nothing about finance except what i learned from school. I app**** for the home and i was informed that I will have to pay some amount of which include transfer cost. I was ready for it. I saved for it and I paid it. Today I needed to go sign so that the bond can be registered in my name. Well i got a surprise where I had to pay the attorneys to register the bond for me. I was not aware of this. I went over my quote and all it mentioned was that I need to pay initiation fees. I could not find any mention of Attorneys fees. Who has R50 000 lying around. If i don't pay the whole thing gets cancelled. I know where are just sheep to companies like FNB and others and if they can get cash out of you. great. Who cares if you sit on the street right. Clients are just slaves to make you rich. Somewhere someone can inform an application or even note on the quote - you will need to pay bond registration fees. That is not difficult. It really makes you feel like you being a client means ****!
