Hidden Charges and Zero Transparency from FNB

I am extremely disappointed with FNB. Month after month, I notice unannounced and unexplained bank charges appearing on my account. This is not what I signed up for.

There is no clear communication or transparency, and the charges just keep increasing without reason. If I do not receive immediate clarification and a breakdown of these fees, I will terminate my account and move to a bank that offers transparency, reliability, and no hidden costs.

FNB, this is unacceptable – I expect a prompt response!
