Hidden charges

FNB's new changes are making the banking experience really poor. For the week of 11-17 August 2025, I did not get the Starbucks voucher due to only 3 out of 8 transactions being banked within the week. For the month of August I was surprised to be charged an EFT fee of R6.00 and was told that EFT limits are now R4000.00. Then I was charged cash deposit fees for depositing within a new month, September 2025 and I was told that the new month for bank starts anytime within the 1st??? This has now made my account go into a negative which I will now be charged a service fee for. It seems like everything works in favor of the bank instead of the customer. It's through all these hidden fees which will drive customers away.
