Hi there my name is Owami Mfeka and I am banking with FNB

Hi there my name is Owami Mfeka and I am banking with FNB. There has been transaction on my account that I was not aware of due to being at work at that time. Logged on to my account and R1320 has been deducted by FLW*UBER EATS, cancelled my account right away. Called fnb and I was told that I will not get the money now as the investigation takes 7-30 business days as it’s my card ending with 1135. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all.
