Hi so I've had a bad experience with FNB connect

Hi so I've had a bad experience with FNB connect. I requested an LCD Screen repair for my Connex tablet on 7 October 2021. Until today nothing has been communicated with me regarding the repair and I made payment already on the 7 and sent them proof of payment. All their numbers do not go through, their agents have not really assisted me, they only gave me the numbers. Now I'm stuck with a broken tablet which I already paid for.
