Hi I am sitting at FNB ONCE AGAIN. Busy with ONLINE application to top up my daughters student loan. Every time I get through to a sales agent I am transfered AGAIN. ITS BEEN 45MIN. Being passed on from one person to another. Pathetic service. Why dont they just bring loan applications back to the branches...face to face on such personal applications are so much better. This online service needs attention or they going to loose clients..
