Hey FNB stop *****ing my money
Took out a temporary loan some months back, paid it off in full early – and still the installments come off. Why? This is plain theft.
I went into my branch three times for assistance, and sat on the phone to the contact centre for an hour each time. Not one of these calls was answered.
