Hi FNB Team, is this the ONLY option we have now to reverse debit orders? Having to do this for the second time I must say its pretty exhausting and very unnecessary. not sure why the bank decided to do away with a service that we pay for! I would like to reverse a debit order I stopped - the service provider is being ********* and changing the references and even the name. Again I must mention how exhausting this is - we pay fees as well as some additional service fees and yet we have to run to such sites to get you to simply reverse a debit order. You're going to loose loyal clients over this!
